The Importance of Preparation
Product preparation is the key to a truly outstanding result.

Though most powder coated products will look similar when cured, the proof is in the quality finish in as little as six months.  So it’s essential to ensure that thorough pre-treatment & preparation processes are used.

At every stage of the powder coating process, our staff are monitoring the products to protect their quality, and ensure a perfect, long lasting and durable finish.

From ensuring a thorough pre-treatment system and dry off to an even quality finish that can withstand impact and moisture.

In order to ensure that the product can perform in contact with other building materials and be corrosion-resistant.

Our ovens are set to meet the optimum temperature for the specific metal being treated.

Obligation free consultation with our Production team is an essential step in the process as it allows us to advise on how the powder coating process will work best for your product.

We can also provide technical advice and recommend whether additional preparation may be required, e.g., contaminated product may require sanding prior to painting, pre-loved material may require sandblasting & primer coat to ensure a quality finish.
